No Communication whith V2 and a Roadster

We have the Problem, that a V2 OVMS dont send messages or other to Handy . We have made Firmware on it and dont works when is unplugged whith laptop. When it is plugged whith laptop - all is working well. Have anybody an idea what we must change ??
