the module doesn't give a wifi signal when attached via db9, it does when plugged into a usb power cable.

It's an old twizy from 2013.

Anyone?

What about the firmware, v2

What about the firmware, v2 had individual for the Roadster or Twizy but v3 is over the air.

I can't find the info.. is there a firmware specifically for the Twizy on v3?

When clicking on your link,

When clicking on your link, we get a 404 error from google. Can you give some more details on the problem you are having?

The v3 ota firmware supports renault twizy directly - there is no need for custom firmware.

oh sorry.. does this one work

oh sorry.. does this one work for you? https://photos.app.goo.gl/T7Q4kZqxwQmA2APN8

When I plug in the ovmsv3 and turn the Twizy key to on, the screen lights up and shows ERROR next to the battery and there are two horizontal stripes on the middle of the screen. There is also an orange light with SERV on it bottom right next to the screen.

The Twizy is not in READY mode and cannot be driven until the ovms DB9 cable is removed.

The ovms doesn't provide a wifi signal when connected to the twizzy but it does when connected via a usb power source and then works and it has been through the initial setup and had an over the air update.

The Twizy is a 2013 model.

The OVMS (v2 and v3) recommended cable is:

and the pinouts don't match your cable.
