Door lock / unlock & iOS notifications

Can anyone help me configure the door lock and unlock for my 2019 Kona please? I enabled CAN write, and it almost works but now quite. The unlock functions, but doesn't disable the alarm, and if I attempt to lock the vehicle, the locks clunk but don't actually lock.

Also - I don't seem to be getting any notifications from the iOS app - any ideas please?
