OVMS stopped responding after 5 days of operation

Hello,
I have a new OVMS and I set everything to the first touch.
The device worked for 5 days (Before 14 Days), still in Monday in the morning sent a message and then paused.
Now it works WiFi, I can connect, I get IP but not web ..4.1.
I tried the default reset via SD card and button S2 but without change.
I did tickets 7 days ago but also without reaction.
Do you have any experience how to solve this?
