Followed the links but the app doesnt give any information on the car. IOS 17.5.1. Brand new user - so probably me. Allso - the set-up process didnt seem to get as far as a gsm account - the unit came preconfigured with a Holgram card - but I didnt sign up for that yet. How do I do that?

I too struggled with installation recently and was not led to registering the Hologram SIM. I had to find Hologram on the internet in order to sign up after opening the module to read the SIM number.
I can not help with the application as I use Android and so far have only limited functionality.
Not much information here provided to help. All I can suiggest is follow the step-by-step installation guide. For example for Hologram that has a step 'GSM SIM Activation (Hologram)'.
If you can't get past a certain step, write here how far you got, and what messages you get, and someone maybe able to assist.
