I created a ticket (#4448) to get some help with a hardware related issue I have had since buying my OVMS module back in January (cell connectivity not working). The ticket was opened on April 14th, but I haven't had any updates to that ticket. Is there is a better place to ask for hardware related help other than the 'Support' link (ie. https://www.openvehicles.com/support/openvehicles)?

If you have a confirmed hardware fault, then best to contact the original supplier to ask if they can replace it for you.
Prior to that, though, to confirm the problem and rule out the possibility of mis-configuration, I would suggest you try factory reset, update to latest firmware, and a very simple configuration (just a v2 server connection - no scripts, no v3, no custom configs, etc). If the system operates with such a simple configuration, then the hardware is likely ok.
