I’ve been using the cellular version for a year no problem, now for some reason the iOS app can’t connect. I can connect to the web version and everything seems normal. Any suggestions?

Check iOS Settings App (gray cogs icon). Search for 'Open Vehicles' app and make sure server is set to 'api.openvehicles.com'.
That is the most likely cause. If not, then perhaps some upstream block/filtering, or the account details are not correct in the App.
