My OVMS did not startup the modem and when reconnected the power OVMS did not even start. I noticed capacitor C2 was loose and C1 had solder cracks. I have resoldered the capacitors and glued them to prevent them from breaking off the board due to vibration. No problems with the capacitors on the modem but i glued them too. OVMS is working fine now.
Thanks for letting us know. Could you please let me have the serial number of your module (excluding the last four letters). Also, when and where did you buy, and how long have you had the module for. I would like to provide this detail to the factory.
The serial number is 2019010228. I bought it jul 2019 at Fasttech. The module is already 5 months in the car.
