SMS Text Messages

I am curious about Command 40 in the V2 protocol...

Can this command be invoked from the OVMS module console ? Is it wrapped by any of the Frameworks in the console command set ?

Command parameters are:

• number (telephone number to send sms to)
• message (sms message to be sent)
