ATSH Commands (Similar to ELM327)?

Is it possible to issue the ATSH command, similar to what I can do with an ELM327 bluetooth dongle attached?

I would like to issue the following command to my Smart Fortwo ED:

atsh 7e7
04 14 FF FF FF 00 00 00

You can transmit on the CAN

You can transmit on the CAN bus with 'can can1 tx standard <id> <data0> ... <dataN>'.
