I have OVMS running on my ZE1 and I also don't get the battery temperature coming through. Hopefully if someone can help sort this out for you, I can benefit too.
Sorry, no help on the batt temp issue, but.... a quick run-down on your 24 to 40 upgrade would be wonderful! (I have a 2014 with a 24kwh battery). Where did you fine a 40 and which conversion tech did you use?
