Think I must have done something wrong during setup and now get this message
Modem is running but PPP not connected Last Error: User Interrupt
Anyone know what this means and where can I go to fix this?
Or do I have to reset and start again?

It means the cellular data connection could not be established. Or you using the defautl Hologram SIM and have you activitated that on Hologram? Is the GSM antenna connected, and are you in range of a cellular tower? If not using Hologram, you will need to set the cellular APN, User, and Password, correctly for your cellular provider.

Anyone know what this means. I have retried three times.
I keep getting this. Not sure what’s wrong. I have moved around the house, held the antenna up to windows, gone outside, and it’s the same thing. My signal range is -77 to -61 dBa. Is it strong enough? I’m with Hologram.

Anyone know what this means. I have retried three times.
My guess would be weak signal. Try to find a better location for the antenna. I had to bring mine to the window and hold it up to pick up a signal.
It means the cellular network data connection was lost (most likely due to weak connection).
