After considering the onboard wifi client features and GPS fix in the OVMS hardware, I realised this is a perfect device to have some sort of WiFi AP scanner to submit data to sites like Wigle. Has anyone considered this before and if not, would it be a feature anyone is interested in? I'm potentially interested in building such an integration.
No interest in this myself, but I don't see many technical issues implementing this. I guess it would be something like the ABRP integration.
