Hi there, I am no IT specialist I just try to understand it.
After installation there is no info about the battery in the app. SOC 0,0%.
GPS is working and door lock on/off and 12v battery info is listed.
What do I need to do to get information about the SOC and to control the charging?
Is the car turned on, and are you using the correct cable (check the label on the cable - black writing on white background) for your vehicle?
