i managed to connect the module to a server, find it via my phone ap, however, i cannot see the A/C control button on my app, and therefore cannot control the pre-heat/cool option.
Also , is that option only on when the car is on the charger, or can it be done so that it could turn on via the OVMS module even when the car is stationary and locked?
What firmware version are you running? The climate control function was added in late 2024, therefore will only be included in the most recent firmware version. See: https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-Monitoring-System-3/pulls?q=smart
I would recommend switching the 'EDGE' firmware and updating to the latest version.
