No connection to Leaf

Hello,

we have a strange problem: the ovms module does not connect with leaf at all. We can see the 12V, but there is no information on the battery at all.

we set the module to leaf, we set the battery information, but no success. 
 

the module itself is working as we checked in different cars.

we don‘t need the remote control now, the battery reading would be great to have.

any help is very appreciated! Thank you!
