Cellular Connection Stopped Working

I've happily been using an OVMS in my 2016 Leaf for almost a year and a half now. It's been great. But a few days ago it stopped connecting to the cellular network. All other functionality is still fine. It works as it should when it connects to my wifi. It still limits charging to my selected 'Sufficient SOC' when away from wifi too. It's just that I can't connect to it through my phone app when it's away from my home wifi. I have a Hologram SIM, with credit on the account. It has otherwise been nearly flawless since I installed it. I'm looking for some help diagnosing the problem.

Here's the module summary:

REPORT ENDS

I thought it was weird that it would suddenly stop, so I gave it a few days. It's now been a week. I did try putting a working SIM from a phone into it, and the module summary read as:

REPORT ENDS

It shows the right cellular provider but it still doesn’t work. I couldn't connect to the module once it was away from wifi. I'm assuming because I didn't update any APN settings in the module.

Does this indicate the OVMS hardware is okay but the Hologram SIM isn't connecting to the cellular network? Is there a way to test the SIM?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
