I installed the ABRP script a while back but have never been able to get it to work.
Though I'd have another crack at it and updated various things including the godaddy cert and gave it a new token from ABRP but same errors.
The console gives me the following.
I noticed that my OVMS Android app stopped receiving trip notification messages sometime around September of 2024. No big deal I thought since the trip info wasn't complete or useful for my 2013 Nissan Leaf SV. But recently (maybe about three weeks ago???) the app started getting messages again. However these messages were related to the charging status and the messages arrive once every hour. I've included a screen capture of the latest three messages:
Does the trip report work for the 2014 Leaf? I have the config set as the documentation states for a vehicle that does not support the v.p.trip metric, but I still get zero for the distance and avg speed. I can always calculate these parameters myself from the data in the *-LOG-Trip reports (thanks to dexter's nifty server log download tool) but I expected that with the trip min length set to zero OVMS would do this odometer/GPS math for me.
Is this the expected trip report behavior for my vehicle, or do I have something misconfigured?
OVMS with LTE module.
Everything works even preheating without connecting to the wallbox.
TCU still connected only the CAN communication pin removed.
TCU must be active after a year otherwise you will lose handsfree.
Before purchasing OVMS I tried to get the original TCU working.
In the radio service menu I performed a reset which completely destroyed the TCU function and even the option to set in the radio disappeared.
