Drupal question - where is my Openvehicles web interface

Hi,

I installed Drupal 7.7 - I was able to sign in and add a simple "hello world" article to the home page.

I then went to Modules and enabled the Open Vehicles module:

So now what?  I don't see anything different on the home page.  I tried guessing some URLs but to no avail.

I'm not familiar with Drupal so I'd appreciate a pointer as to what to do next.
